Pakistan Industrial and Traders Associations' Front (Piaf) has demanded of the government to ensure availability of fire fighting equipment in the local brigade unit. In a joint statement here on Monday, Piaf representatives including Muhammad Ali Mian, Mubashar Sheikh and Tahir Javaid Malik said the business community of Punjab had already suffered huge losses due to fire incidents. They said untrained manpower, outdated equipment and poor transportation facilities were unable to check fire incidents.
